HOW TO USE
Apply to dry hair. Using the small end of the brush, pick up a generous amount of powder. With your free hand, hold the hair flat and taut against your head, then press the brush firmly into the roots, starting at the scalp and working outward—avoid using a sweeping motion. Add more powder as needed.
To refresh highlights, use the side edge of the small brush. Gently dust off any excess powder with the wide end of the brush.
